Staybl Coin acts as the access token for property investment pools. Investors contribute capital in USDC, and once a pool is fully funded the Staybl Coin is returned and an NFT is issued to represent each investor’s ownership in the property.
Property income is distributed to NFT holders based on their share of the pool, allowing investors to benefit from rental cash flow and long-term property appreciation.
Investors purchase STYB and select a property pool to participate in. Capital is contributed using USDC alongside a small STYB deposit.
Once a property pool reaches full funding, the property is acquired and investors receive an NFT representing their ownership share. The STYB tokens used to participate in the pool are then returned to the investor’s wallet.
